In our situation, we had some credit issues due to some extreme unfortunate circumstances, so we thought that there was no way we would be able to get financing for a home for a very long time. But when talking to Carol about it, she told us that our situation was not an impossible situation and put us in touch with a lender that was able to get us the financing we were hoping for. There are always a lot of hurdles when applying for a mortgage and it can be very frustrating and daunting during the process, but Carol stayed by our side the entire time, always encouraging us and always going way above and beyond, in order to help us get what we were looking for, and making sure that any and all of our questions were answered to the fullest. Although we have known each other, she still upheld the professionalism I would expect for being just a "client" of hers.
