She knew exactly what we wanted and was always available to either show us the property herself or make arrangements with the listing agent for us. She was always patient with us and no question was considered insignificant. Carol was always supportive when things did not go as we might have liked and knew there was the right house out there for us. She knew the area very well and the many agents we needed to work with. Carol was also extremely helpful with assisting us with the financing part of the house.
