Not only was this was our first time purchasing a home but it was an important purchase in that it was an ideal property for our future home/business plans. Add to that, timeliness was a big factor as our business was contingent on closing as soon as possible. WOW ... Carol was on top of the deal, was always available 24/7 (even on her vacation!), no detail was too small for her to follow up on AND she did double duty as the seller did not use an agent to assist with his portion of the sale. I still am amazed at how she remembered every little detail that needed to be done or that the seller needed to do for the sale to go through. We like that, before we made the offer, she was able to provided an estimate of closing costs. So no surprise about the 1% mansion tax and flood insurance; 2 items we were not familiar with. Carol provided a list of vendors we needed such as lawyers, inspectors, maintenance, rental information, etc. Carol was very knowledgeable about the neighborhood, building regulations, pricing, township contacts and regulations. When our closing date was in jeopardy, due to late propane tank removal, she helped expedite it. She gave timely reminders for each milestone until closing date. She kept us constantly informed via txt or email on during the whole process and we kept her in the loop at all times. Great responses, response time and transparency! Carol was there for us all through closing.
