ZillowVERIFIED I've enjoyed working with Carol, for several years, and my experience has been consistently excellent. One standout aspect is Carol's remarkable network of connections. Whether it's attorneys, home inspectors, or moving companies, she effortlessly provided top-notch recommendations. Not only were these contacts impressive, but they also significantly contributed to the smooth buying and selling processes. Carol's expertise extends beyond her network; she possesses in-depth knowledge of the market. When faced with multiple options, her advice proved invaluable. I appreciate her guidance, making the entire experience more informed and successful. Working with Carol has been a positive and knowledgeable journey, thanks to her outstanding connections, market insights, and excellent team. She was able to make the home buying and selling experience stress-free. Based on my experience with Carol, I would advise potential buyers to prioritize working with a realtor who demonstrates expertise in the market and has a robust network of reliable connections. Choosing someone like Carol will certainly check that box. Additionally, seek a realtor who provides insightful advice when faced with choices, as Carol did for me. This combination of market knowledge and a strong network significantly enhances the home buying and selling experience.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchase a property from Carol back in 2008. Carol is so nice and easy to work with, you can tell she loves her job. She made purchasing a house 100% stress free. Carol made sure we knew everything we needed to know even when we did not know what questions to ask. Carol is a wealth of information and goes above and beyond. I recommend her to anyone I know that is looking to buy or sell a house.

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I knew the first step was to find an agent in the area to help me start looking. I stumbled upon Carol Mahoney on Zillow with great reviews, I decided to reach out and I'm glad I did! She made the entire home buying process a breeze. Carol is very knowledgeable in the real estate field and will answer any of your questions. I started my home search in a specific location and then I realized the area wasnt for me. I reached out to Carol and told her I wanted to look in other areas and she told me not worry shes here to help! I cannot thank you enough Carol for your knowledge, patience, and answering all the questions a nervous first time home buyer has lol! If youre buying or selling real estate, I highly recommend Carol Mahoney!

ZillowVERIFIED We had the worst experience ever selling our townhouse and buying our new house, several buyers and sellers dropped out during a 9 month period but Roseanne was always there for us and helped us find the right house. She really listened to what we needed and wasnt pushy on anything at all. Through all of it she became more than our realtor she became our friend and even helped some of our family find a place of their own during all the chaos. She was truly the best and is HIGHLY recommended

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were moving across the country to the Hudson Valley. We contacted Carol through a personal recommendation, and we are very happy that we were able to work with her. We had 1 weekend to look at our housing options, and Carol spent the whole weekend with us, driving all over the area. When we finally decided on a home, Carol gave us honest advice on reasonable offers, and I always felt like she represented our best interests. Throughout the closing process, Carol helped us find all the local resources we needed, inspectors, lawyers, mortgage providers, etc. Since we were not able to show up for any local events, like the inspection, Carol was there for us and provided all the feedback we needed. We highly recommend Carol as a local realtor in the Hudson Valley area for her amazing knowledge, caring support, and overall professionalism.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol Mahoney of Berkshire Hathaway was so helpful throughout our house search and discovery, negotiation and final closing. We were on a short timeline to find housing and were lucky to have met Carol, since she helped us to find exactly what we were looking for in our new home . I will also mention and thank Carol for putting us in contact and service with the best of best of local professional services including home inspection and legal services. The home inspector even came out on a Sunday morning as a favor to Carol and ourselves in order to help us meet our travel timeline. Our entire experience was a delightful success and without doubt Carol was instrumental to that outcome through the entire process. We can't thank her enough, but we wholeheartedly endorse and recommend Carol Mahoney to anyone needing professional services in the real-estate market of the Poughkeepsie New York and Hudson Valley area.Randy and Nina

ZillowVERIFIED What can i say about Carol? I was not exactly the easiest client to deal with. My search took several years due to my non committal attitude towards my home search. Carol was always available when i would reach out to her to look at a home. She was always by my side to help explain everything as i am a first time home buyer. When i finally found the one for me she had my back through the entire process and believe me when i say this was NOT an easy sale for anyone involved. I would not hesitate to recommend Carol to anyone searching for a home. You could not be in better hands. She is Caring and fierce. When you're her client you never have to worry about anyone trying to take advantage of you, Carol will have your back. Thank you Carol for everything. I would not be where i am with my new home if it wasn't for you.JK

ZillowVERIFIED I cant say enough. Carol was our third realtor in our search for our first home. The first two were nice people but carol was the only one who seemed to have an open mind and listen to what we wanted. We were right and she found us the house we needed at that time. We stayed in touch and carol wound up selling our house and finding us the house of our dreams at the same time. It was a tough situation since we needed the money from our house to get our new house but she got an amazing price for our home and easily transitioned to the new house. We have referred people to her since. No one has ever said anything but praise for Carol and I hope you can find her in your journey! She is awesome and one of the best people I know.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol Mahoney did a fantastic job for me. Anything I had asked her to do about any of houses that I needed more information on she dug it up. Carol wasn't afraid to do the work. Carol got back to me in a timely manner on everything I asked her to do. I've delt with other agents over the years and on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest rating Carol got got an 11 in my book. Carol sold me the house that I'm living in now. It would be in your best interest if you can get her to be your agent. Carol is very busy and that is a true sign that she is the best at what she does.

ZillowVERIFIED I can sum up Carol in 3 short words...she's the best. Carol sent us listings in the area that we were interested in retiring to for over 2 years. When we finally retired and began actively travelling back and forth on weekends from New Hampshire to look at properties. Carol put up with my changing my mind a number of times with "grace" We started our active search in Spring of 2016 and Carol found our perfect place by Fall. We moved into our new townhouse in November 2016 and couldn't be happier. Give Carol a call, we recommend her 100%.Maria & Paul D

ZillowVERIFIED I consider myself a difficult person to please. My expectations are high and I settle for nothing but the best. We were blessed to work with Carol. She understood our needs, worked with our timeline and budget and kept positive in a process that had a few bumps in the road. Carol was aggressive in her negotiations and we were pleased with her rapport with the other agents we encountered. Carol was able to recommend the best in the business when it came to an inspector, lawyer, service providers for two major issues (well and radon) and she also worked closely with our bank to move the sale along. I recommend Carol as you look to sell your home or buy a new one. Her work ethic is amazing and she is a pleasure to work with!

ZillowVERIFIED We asked Carol to help us buy a home because of her reviews on Zillow, and it was a perfect choice. She had impressive knowledge of the area and the market and quickly understood what we were looking for. With her help, we found a home very quickly and successfully submitted an offer. However, the contract and closing process was extended due to issues with the seller and the house. Carol was wonderful during this time, always available to answer questions or meet us at the property to resolve certain issues. Even after closing, she's provided valuable referral to local services and professionals. We couldn't have done it without her. And finally, she was fun to work with, a big plus in a sometimes stressful process.

ZillowVERIFIED Carol Mahoney was a pleasure to deal with. I was moving to Duchess County, NY from Orange County, NY. I had begun my search with another Realtor but after many failed attempts and searches I elected to call Carol. We had an instant fit and the house was an easy decision to purchase. That's when Carol's professionalism and expert skills kicked in. Carol referred me to an excellent lawyer and home inspector. Carol was the consummate shepherd keeping details between, mortgage companies, lawyers, and town halls sorted. I had a deadline to close the deal and she made it happen. To seal my gratitude to Carol, I received a phone call a year later reminding me to get my STAR Exemption in before the deadline. She saved me close to $900.00 with her diligence and care after the sale. If you are searching for a home in the Duchess County area you simply must use Carol Mahoney. Best of luck to you!
