ZillowVERIFIED Carol is someone who genuinely makes you feel like you're her only client. We moved to California on very short notice, and took a two day trip out to Fresno to see houses and find one that would work for us. We ended up only having one whole day available as we also had other business in Fresno. That left us ONE DAY to look at houses in the area and decide on one that would not only work for us, but that would be ideal to live in. How did she have time to dedicate her day just to us? She made time and truly made us feel we were her only responsibility. Carol met us at 9:00 AM and spent literally all day touring houses and arranging tours of houses for us. We didn't stop until it was dark outside. Carol was also really helpful with negotiating repair credits for the house we chose, finding people to repair for us, and offering advice that was really helpful as first time home buyers. Being out-of-state buyers with a short schedule and no availability to be present during the sale, Carol also went out of her way to help us stay connected and in the loop. She made sure to be present for zoom call walk thrus, got in touch with our new neighbors for us about sharing fence repair costs, found us lawn, pool, and handy-people to ensure repairs were done before we moved in, and even facilitated the installation of our new refrigerator for us so that it would be operational and cold by the day we moved in. Carol is a well-connected property professional and anyone would be lucky to have her. We asked a whole lot of her during this process and she was there to support us the whole way. It is clear that she spends her days living and breathing her career, and we are beyond grateful.

ZillowVERIFIED In the spring of 2020, we asked Carol MacNeill to advise and handle the sale of our Fresno, California home. We had lived in the 4 bedroom 4 bath home for 26 years and were eager to downsize before we moved to a different state. I had known Carol for several years in another workplace, and was happy to reconnect with her and find out if she could help us market and sell our house. She outlined her basic strategy for marketing; she was honest and forthcoming about the issues in the home that we should address and fix before listing; these, she said would make later inspections go much more smoothly. Taking her counsel seriously, we replaced damaged carpet in the master bedroom and closet with new laminate flooring that matched other rooms, swapped damaged and shabby interior and exterior doors for new bright and clean ones, painted and freshened several rooms, did thorough interior cleaning, arranged pest inspections and treatments, and cleaned up and repaired fences and backyard areas. Carol was knowledgeable and well-informed about explaining what would be best to leave for a buyer to do according to his/her taste and preference, and guided us throughout the entire process. Additionally, she was frank and forthcoming with advice concerning filling out the disclosure forms in detail and honesty. I asked her many questions during this phase and was grateful for the answers and explanations she gave. I felt that I had done my best to let a potential buyer know the true condition of the house and property. Countless new rules and regulations had become standard since we last bought and sold a home; Carol guided us through the innumerable required forms, and was truthful and forthright about a realistic selling price. All in all, the experience was overwhelmingly positive in spite of doing this during the pandemic with sanitizing, masks, and the myriad of other necessary precautions. Carol was always respectful of our property, opinions and wishes. 5 stars for Carols expertise, knowledge and abilities in the real estate market and for providing so much patient and informed help
