They are definitely experts in all areas of Memphis, house styles and navigating the offer to close process. We really appreciated their responsiveness and knowledge about value and options. Since we are new to Memphis and havent built our network yet, they offered advice about the city and hooked us up with several options for contractors, plumbers, electricians AND great restaurants. ZillowVERIFIED I interviewed three Realtors before deciding to have Amanda and Carol list my condo in downtown Memphis. The Lott team stood out from the rest because of the comprehensive comps and marketing plan. Their comps came with a narrative in explaining their rationale in pricing, rather than simply relying on averages. They gave me a range of pricing, depending on how quickly I wanted to sell the property. I opted to price it at the top of the scale, and to be patient in moving it. Carol and Amanda set my expectations, so I signed with them. They got right to work.They inspected my condo and told me what needed to be done. They lined up contractors at fair prices, got everything done, and then had the condo photographed for the listing. On top of that, they put the utilities in Amandas name, saving me a lot of hassle because I live in Washington, DC. They wrote up the listing very well, and started getting showings right away. I was prepared to go two months before we got an offer, but it took only 36 days. During the whole time, they communicated with me regularly, sharing feedback, and other information. I was never in the dark.They went over the offer with me, and gave me their professional opinions about accepting it. The offer was fair and we accepted it. Once the buyer's home inspection was done, we were asked to fix a number of things (as opposed to just giving the buyer money), and Amanda and Carol kicked into action again, bringing in a contractor and getting things done quickly. We were able to move the settlement date up because of this.To put this is some context, I retired as a real estate broker in Washington, DC, less than a year ago. I have very high standards for Realtors, just as I had for myself and agents who worked for me. The Lott team lived up to those standards from the very beginning, with their comps and marketing plan, all the way through settlement. They are experienced, knowledgeable, highly professional, and very pleasant. You cannot do better than using Amanda and Carol for selling your property or buying one. Hence the five stars that I gave them for every category.

ZillowVERIFIED Relocating to Tennessee from California, I showed up in Memphis with the general idea of finding a condo downtown, but I really didnt know where to start. Carol showed me a wide variety of properties and very quickly picked up on what I liked and didnt like. We were able to narrow them down pretty quickly. I thought it was going to take me months to find a place but we found my new home right away. Three weeks later I was moving in.This wasnt a your basic purchase. The condo is part of a co-op, requiring some special handling. Carol and Amanda helped me to navigate the purchase with no problems at all. It was very easy and super fast. Carol also helped me with some post-sale issues involving locks and plumbing work. Today I am happily living in downtown Memphis, and I'm very thankful that I had Carol to help me navigate the purchase process, especially since I was coming from out of state and clueless about buying real estate in Tennessee. The whole transaction was very transparent and straightforward.Carol is a native Memphian who is passionate about about living here. She really knows and loves downtown Memphis.
