As the professional there were times we had to tell her that items were incorrect. In negotiating the purchase agreement ended up costing us over $1000 in additional taxes and fees (including more in her commission).

Before signing her as our agent Carol broke her leg/ankle and was worried that we wouldn't have faith in her as a hard worker. I too am handicap and use a cane. Having a broken leg/ankle gave her a better understanding as to why it's important for your house to be very user friendly with few stairs and easy access to all the rooms of your house. The brochure and flyers she put together really showed the beauty of our home in the country. Her way of describing our farmette and home was clear and concise. Working with a network, MLS is a useful tool as well. Carol is a master of the art of selling your property. Carol really made our move less stressful. Carol came to me and she told me everything about a short sale and helped me go all the way threw it and that took almost 1 year. She did all the comunication with bank people and lawyers. She knows the area inside and out, and provided us with market data and research far beyond the basics. She was able to navigate a tricky sale, and was creative with ideal solutions. She was never pushy, but firm with the banks to make this sale go through. I think they have a special caller ID warning on her now, knowing that this realtor will not take no for an answer! She was wonderful and understanding, while equally amazing and 110% beyond knowledgeful. She was so impressive, we retained her to help us locate a home 5 hours away.
