ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Carol was phenomenal! She took me on many showings, often in the same day. Carol paid attention to my wants, needs, and things I liked but were negotiable. She would point out the thing that were my must haves and then the things a house had (or didn't have) that I really liked and would ask if I was ok with that. i do not know the Tulsa area very well. Carol was so knowledgeable about the area and letting me know when I would send her an address that was further out than she knew I wanted. She did not suggest we don't see it, she would just let me know where it was located and distance from my desired location. Aside from her professionalism, Carol was an absolute delight to be around. I adore her! When we get our previous home ready, we will be using Carol to sell for us as well.
