She helped us with all the legwork with regards to getting in touch with the home owner, scheduling inspections, etc. She made sure our loan manager and title official were aware of the status of our affairs at every point. She went above and beyond her job in talking to township officials in regards to certain questions we had regarding the septic drain field. Most importantly, she did everything on a timely basis, making sure we met all our deadlines. She also gave us some good insight into the entire process and negotiations.
