After suffering significant damage to our home due to Hurricane Helene we consulted Carol and Colby on what do we do next. Ultimately we decided to sell our home and simultaneously look for a new home. Carol guided us in selling a flooded home and was able to find a buyer that was reasonable. At the same we were able to find a new home and within 3 months of the devastating hurricane we were able to sell our home and buy a new one. Without Carol and Colby we would not have been able to make this happen. I recommend them to anyone I speak to and will definitely be working with them on any future real estate deals.
