ZillowVERIFIED Carol was absolutely incredible in selling our home in Beaver Creek. I am a licensed real estate agent in Texas so I know what it takes to be a great agent and she was much more than that. She was showing our home to serious buyers within 24 hours of it being listed and got us two offers within the first week, one of which we accepted and closed on after she negotiated to get us exactly what we wanted. I was also very impressed with how she took time to let contractors, appraisers, etc. in to perform work on our home during the contract period as we are not local and was above and beyond her duties. ZillowVERIFIED In one weeks time Carol negotiated the purchase of our Condo at the Charter in Beaver Creek Colorado. This entire transaction involved showing us a number of properties, helping us to select a property. She arranged for an attorney to set up an LLC, obtain a title insurance provider, and set up a closing date on the transaction which took place in a week. We inspected the property, met with the property management firm since we were putting the property in the Charter Rental Program, discussed all areas of concern with Carol of which she provided guidance and advice. The deal could not have happened in such a short time frame had it not been for Carol's help. The completion of this deal in a week from start to finish within a week had to be a record. The Title Company was amazed with the quickness of the deal completion

ZillowVERIFIED Carol took over a listing that had been on the market for over 6 months and recently expired. Since the sale would be a 1031 reverse exchange, time was critical. She indicated that she would advertise the unit and hold open houses several times a week to show the property. On the first open house, she had one customer who ended up purchasing the property and closing on the unit within one month. She was successful in selling the condo in less than a 2 week time frame. We would recommend her as highly motivated to sell her client's properties.

She put it in the MLS, it appeared on Zillow and other websites, and she sent out marketing emails to a huge list of buyers and agents. We got an offer within 48 hours at full price, and the price was higher than recent sales of comparable units in our building. (And we closed at that price.)She was friendly and easy to work with, guided us through the steps of selling, and her dog Rosie was an essential part of the team.
