When we decided we were ready to purchase a beachfront condo at Navarre Beach, we called Carol Brown. Why Carol? Well, the previous year she excelled in the sale of a previous property we owned. Each detail of that transaction went smoothly. The property was listed with the Carol Brown team and when the acceptable offer was received, we were able to move through the closing process without any hitch. We dont live in Florida and this transaction was all handled without us having to be present! What a blessing! Now again, we just had a smooth real estate process. Ron Brown actually lives in the same building where we purchased the condo. Our original offer was on a different condo but we withdrew that offer. Ron knew of another condo in the building that was not yet listed but he knew personally the owner and his intent to sell. We offered; he accepted. I was very impressed with how fast my property sold. I have sold several properties with other realtors and I have never had anyone communicate and keep me informed the way the Brown family did.
