ZillowVERIFIED Carol did an amazing job and sold a property in two weeks that had been listed elsewhere for a year! Highly recommend her. She handled all aspects of the deal in my absence.

ZillowVERIFIED I really appreciate my realtor Carol Bennett with REMAX territory in Yuma Arizona. She went above and beyond to get my property sold. She was there for me every step of the way. Even to the point of making sure my place was clean of weeds ,so it looked good for a buyer. Emailed me or called me about showings and a monthly update on everything. I could not ask for a better person. THANK YOU CAROL.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought the property thru Carol Bennett and sold it thru Carol. As a former real estate agent,I was able see a real professional at work, such as being there when the home inspection was done and again when he came back to inspect the discrepancies that were found during the inspection. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Carol. She did a fabulous job. We never once had to wait for her, she always responded right away when we emailed or phoned to pester with questions. Carol picked us up and drove us around, as we had no vehicle, to look at lots and Carol also continually sent us listing, as they came available, to go over. Carol was always easy to talk to and very kindly answered all of our many questions and concerns. On one occasion she was not sure of the answer, regarding if a lot was zoned for an RV, so she made some calls to get the correct information and called us back right away. There was never any hesitation when we continually called her with questions. Should we have a need for a realtor again Carol will be our 1st choice and you are making an error if you don't make her your 1st choice also.

ZillowVERIFIED Easy to work with and was willing to go above and beyond her job description. She kept me informed about the progress of the sale as it continued until it was final. She even used her own funds to expedite the sale.

ZillowVERIFIED Not only was Carol great to work with personally, but this property came with it's own set of hurdles. From having to deal with an angry neighbor putting up road blocks to her showing the home, to a less than explicit trust of the deceased and the trustee being in another state! Carol was patient, tenatious, and never gave up -- and got us to the finish line! I applaud her determination and ability to resolve issues and road blocks in the moment. I would highly recommend using Carol for your real estate needs! Melissa E

ZillowVERIFIED Carol showed us homes that we might be interested in purchasing. She emailed us prospective homes as they were listed. She is very personable. She was extremely prompt answering all of our questions and with any other communication we had. She was available when we needed her and always on time.
