But Carmine was bringing us interest before we even signed the listing agreement and was even flexible on the term of the agreement. He stayed in touch daily with the title company and seller's rep and made sure everyone was informed (and triple checked). From the onset, Carmine put our wants and need at the top of daily "to do" list. He discussed the area and recent market trends. What impressed us most was the respect he showed us throughout the process. We were given daily check-ins regarding the house we chose. Throughout the sale and afterwards, even to this day, three years later, he has made himself available to us, should we have any questions about future plans.
