itially moving back to the states was intimidating! Overwhelmed by all the calls and emails from realtors in the local area, I reached out to our trusted family realtor! Carmilla!!! I mean just that, shes guided my mom and other relatives through the home buying process over the last 10 years. Her team of professionals are well connected and supportive of what youre trying to accomplish! I'm a 14 year Navy veteran and opted to utilize my VA loan and she put me in front of the best VA lender possible. Still shocked and grateful for what they were able to educate me on and accomplish on my behalf. There were things that I didnt know to ask for and what I could qualify for, she negotiated everything from price, items to be left behind, special credits and had me sitting at the closing with less than 700 dollars out of pocket. Ive had some smooth processes with home buying before, but the way her and her team got after it, it doesnt even feel like I started or finished it. They literally did EVERYTHING lol. Cant wait to close on the next property! 10 out of 10 highly recommend!

Working with RenA! was such an easy and amazing experience. We absolutely love her! She was so patient with us through the process, and stuck with us for over a year till we found our unicorn home. She never rushed us, often guiding us to keep looking when she could see that we werent in love the way we should be. She was always available to show homes when we needed her and was so knowledgeable about areas and the ins and outs of the process. When we found our home she was instrumental in getting us a better price than what were going in with. She was confident and it worked! We are so incredibly happy in our new home and its absolutely perfect! We will always call RenA! our fairy godmother realtor, because she led us to our forever home.
