A Little personal note about me! Having lived and worked in the South Bay for 25 years, I understand what makes our community and the people who call it home so special. From annual celebrations, community fairs, excellent school districts, city requirements prior to selling, etc., the South Bay is a special place that I am proud to call home. That is what it takes to truly be a local real estate expert. It is not just expertise in negotiation and marketing, but love and understanding of our community and the people who live here. I can relate first-hand to the importance of a school district and how one or two streets can make a difference in the opportunity for our kids to go to a certain school and some case the use of the Allen Bill to make it work. Experience and knowledge are just some of the reasons to choose me to stand by your side. However, in my service and commitment, I strive to go beyond expectations as that is the foundation of everything I do. Since the South Bay has been my community for the last 25 years, you may ask where was I prior to that. I was born In Cartagena, Colombia, a beautiful country in South America. I came here to visit and explore opportunities and fell in love at first sight so I decided to make California my home. During my first ten years here I explored places, went to college, worked for two different industries and learned A LOT. Back home my childhood was marked by events that I strongly believe put me in the place I am now. As a child my family moved very often, we experienced a home foreclosure, and my parents being separated after that. Moving, foreclosure, & divorce had a great impact on me and perhaps that is why I have such a passion to help people with their real estate needs. Fortunately, not all of my transactions are about divorces. I have happy sellers downsizing or young families purchasing their first dream home. The truth is that I love and learn with every journey I take with my clients to the point that some of them have become close friends and even family to me. I am also a proud mother of a 14-year-old girl cellist musician for the Los Angeles Youth Orchestra, and recently celebrated 18 years of marriage. I completed my Bachelor's degree in Business Management at the University of Phoenix in 2002. I am a board member of two well recognized local & international organizations and I am constantly very involved with community events. I embody the spirit of a strong work ethic and a true understanding of my client's goals and dreams. As a professional Real Estate agent my goal is to provide an excellent and exceptional level of service to my clients and associates. Therefore, I have over a 90% rate of referrals and repeat of business. My philosophy in life has become family, home, and community and I believe that family is the core and the foundation which supports the community and it begins in the home.
