ZillowVERIFIED Carmen and Jarret helped sell my rental property. I will say that they were very responsive to the details of the area and keeping me informed. I did most of my interactions with Jarret. Selling the property I will give them a 9 out of 10. Closing was where everything fell apart. The sellers closing sheet was a mess there were incorrect amounts that should have been corrected before being presented to me. And to boot a brokerage fee that was slipped in at settlement was a cheap shot. Although it was reduced it should have never been there. As far a Im concerned these were basic 101 mistakes that did not leave a flavorful taste in my mouth. i should have refuse to pay it. They can sell just beware at closing.
