ZillowVERIFIEDCarmen was an exceptional agent and we had an outstanding experience. Communication with Carmen was excellent throughout the process and she answered all of our questions, many times even during off hours. She has an excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and was able to get us the type of house we wanted in the price range we wanted - not an easy feat in the hot market we were competing in! We unhesitatingly would recommend Carmen and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED In my first meeting with Carmen to begin selling process on my home, she was very professional and had begun the paperwork process right away. She was very diligent and felt she provided a great price and the entire process went smooth. The house was put on the market June 3rd, and by June 5th, we already had bids and made my selection.! My house literally sold in 2 days in choosing a bidder. Would highly recommend, Carmen is a friendly, hard-working realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Where do I start??? Carmen, Matt, and their team are the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly real estate experts my husband and I have ever worked with! Even with COVID-19 we had multiple offers within one week. They are so good at negotiating and we sold our home for more than listed price. Oh and I cannot leave out the photographer! He is amazing! From start to finish, the process was seamless. I HIGHLY recommend Carmen Bean and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED I will do my best to put into words my experience with Mrs. Bean. I was fortunate to meet her though a referral. Unfortunately my brother passed away and my family and I needed to sell his home. I had to do this all virtually as I live in CA and the Covid-19 pandemic hit. I wasnt sure if it could be done and Mrs. Bean made it happen. The entire process and experience was seamless and smooth. Selling a home is stressful enough and being hit with a siblings death and this pandemic added to an already difficult time; however working with Mrs. Bean, I was immediately put at ease! If you are looking for a realtor please, please contact her. You will be glad you did!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I went with Carmen and her team to sell our home in San Antonio. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer our questions made us feel at ease as we navigated this process for the first time. Her team solicited feedback on our showings which ultimately helped us make the improvements in our showing experience that lead to the sell of our home. Carmen made us feel like we were her most important clients and made the process of selling our home a stress free pleasure. I highly recommend Carmen and her team to anyone who is looking to either buy or sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIED From the first phone call and setting a time to meet with Carmen, we were impressed with the knowledge Carmen has of selling homes in our initial meeting. We had a good understanding of what repairs would be needed, the worth of our home in the current market and a timeline to place our home on the market. My wife and I was very comfortable speaking openly as we had a lot of questions and we had never sold a home. Through our whole experience from beginning to end, Carmen and her team worked diligently with patience and understanding to our concerns. We appreciate the honesty and truthfulness her team demonstrated. We are highly appreciative and currently setting up a meeting to buy our next home with Carmen Bean EXP Realty and looking forward to a great experience.

ZillowVERIFIED I met with Carmen 2 days after finally deciding to sale my home. She came in and sat with me for 2 hours going over every detail. Starting with what my property was worth, what I could expect once it was put on the market, and how I should stage my home. By the end of our appointment I felt confident and excited in my decision to go forward. I was also very impressed with the professional photographer she hired to enhance the process. He came 2 days later and shot beautiful pictures of my home. Carmen and her team made every step of my home selling experience feel seamlessly easy. My home was on the market for 1 day when the first offer was made. If you are looking for an agent that will go above and beyond; I would recommend Carmen Bean!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Simply phenomenal experience working with Carmen and her team. We have bought and sold many homes but never have we experienced this level of customer support. Carmen's knowledge of the San Antonio housing market and her superior negotiation skills netted us over 5K more than what we expected from the sale of our home with only 2 days on the market. Her team is extremely responsive and kept us well informed throughout the process. She truly is success at the highest level. Thank you Carmen, we will recommend you to anyone looking for a quality Realtor!!

ZillowVERIFIED We really cannot say enough good things about Carmen. She was unbelievably responsive and worked hard with us every step of the way. She was very detail oriented and made sure we were aware of things we had never considered. Her recommendations were right on target. When we ran in to time lags with our original finance institution, she sent us to who she worked with and it ended up being one of the best experiences when that company was as responsive as she was. Even when we had issues with our rental property that she wasn't affiliated with, she put us in touch with someone that saved us thousands! In an environment as stressful as home buying, it is critical to have an agent that is truly there for you when you need her and Carmen really took most of the stress out of this process for us as possible. Simply an amazing person and a great partner to have on your side through this process.

ZillowVERIFIED Originally contacted Carmen because the first house we looked at on our own was listed by her. We did not like the house, but we liked Carmen and decided to hire her as our realtor. We were could not be happier with the way she handled things. She responded to calls, texts, and even Facebook posts very quickly. She sent us lists of houses we might like and then scheduled all the showings (one day we had 16).Carmen was always very honest about the houses we were looking at. If it had foundation problems or something else that would make it a bad purchase, she would tell us. It says something about your realtor when they're willing to potentially forgo a commission rather than sell you a house you'd be unhappy with.Throughout the process Carmen communicated with us frequently and when it came time for negotiations, she worked equally hard. She excercised good judgement during the negotiations process and we were able to get a very good deal.I would highly recommend her to anybody looking for a realtor. I have already given out her cards to a couple people who have said they're house hunting, and I will continue to do so.
