Superb! No hustle at all, she is very hands-on and very helpful during the whole process and always give her honest opinion. She did spent time with us and sit down to understand what the property is exactly we are looking for. She is very organized and always on time, we just spent a day on scouting properties and at the same day we were able to find our dream house. We are very happy and thankful that we had a chance to work with Carmen.

Carmen is a great agent! She is very knowledgeable and did an amazing job of explaining every step in the process the first time I worked with her. I felt very calm and reassured as a first time home buyer. A couple years later, I worked with Carmen again and she worked tirelessly to find me the perfect home. Carmen always greets you with a warm smile and makes the home buying process very enjoyable and stress free. I would definitely recommend Carmen and use her again in the future.

We hired Carmen in 2020 to help us sell our starter home and purchase a bigger home for our growing family. In the height of the pandemic, Carmen effortlessly coordinated private showings both on the selling and purchasing sides, and all the extra forms involved to ensure cleanliness and safety for our buyers as well as protected us when we visited other homes. The market was very tough and we put offers on over 20 houses, and it got to a point where we were thinking of putting in offers on houses we had not seen yet but Carmen remained persistent and told us to stay calm and focused and not get desperate. We eventually found a bigger home in a better area and a much bigger lot size for our family...and under market too. Our starter home was sold without much issue as well but the timing of a sell/buy especially with young kids was especially crucial and Carmen helped us every step of the way. I would recommend Carmen 100 times out of 100 for anything from a starter home to a medium home to your forever home she will get everything you wanted and more.
