ZillowVERIFIEDWe just had our 17th real estate transaction with Carly. We are homebuilders, designers and renovators. Carly was without question the best real estate agent we have had of all of our transactions hands down. She is a true multi generational local who knows the area and that is so important. We were searching for a home for a year, she was patient and diligent. Never has a realtor help us detect what needed to be addressed with the house during home tours. She has remodeled many homes and has extensive knowledge in this area. She is intelligent, no nonsense, respectful, prompt, and everything else you might be looking for. She helped us through every step of the way to find a home in a tough market that is a great fit. She went above and beyond many times over. Even after we closed on the house Carly has been super responsive and helpful and has even given us amazing contacts and more for work that needs to be addressed. You will not be disappointed if you choose Carly for any real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Carly and her team were fantastic, a real pleasure to work with! My wife and I are moving back closer to family in MT, but currently living out of state, so it was quite the challenge to get a feel for what was on the market and sometimes even have to make decisions sight-unseen. It was a huge help to have a team willing to travel around and give us reports on properties, including pictures and inspections (we are both engineers, so loved her detailed analysis). When we were in town, Carly and her Ford Raptor made sure that even visiting some remote houses up muddy mountain roads was no problem! Whatever we needed, they made sure it got done...even when we decided to change plans and look for vacant land to build on. This was by far the best realtor experience we've ever had!

ZillowVERIFIED Great realtor and the team she works with. Was extremely pleased with the results we got from Carly in selling our home. Within a day of our decision to put our home on the market she was out taking pictures and got it online, we had results that evening, and it was sold three days later. She was with us every step of the way, answered all our questions, met all our needs. We would definitely recommend Carly to anyone buying or selling a home!

ZillowVERIFIED The Kelley Team was an absolute dream to work with. Carly assisted us in selling our home and purchasing a new construction build. Carly is knowledgeable on the ever-changing landscape that is real estate in Western Montana. She helped us every step of the way for our simutanous selling and buying. Carly made me feel like I was her most important client at all times, being responsive same day to any questions or concerns I had along the way (and there were many!) I am a customer for life, this is the second home Carly has helped me purchase. I will continue to exclusively use The Kelley Team. In my honest opinion, Carly is the smartest and best real estate agent in Montana. Thank you so much Carly for making an otherwise stressful process smooth and easy. You are truly an expert in real estate and I am lucky to have you on my team.

ZillowVERIFIED Carly was a dream to work with! We had never used a real estate agent before but after this experience we wouldn't change a thing. There are so many little things that she thought of, brought up, researched, and managed throughout this entire process that ordinary home buyers/sellers like us wouldnt have even thought about without her. She truly made a process that is so stress inducing by nature into a carefree experience due to her attention to detail, responsiveness, and professionalism. We have highly recommended Carly, and everyone else in her team, to everyone we know who is looking for help with buying, selling, or renting their property.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I were moving from across the country for a relocation for my job and Carly went above and beyond every step of the way. From coordinating countless home showings in one weekend to literally going to our potential internet provider to request details on internet installation - Carly truly did it all. She was flexible and altered showings on the fly if it was possible, and she was incredibly knowlegable of the area as well as the pros and cons of each neighborhood and property. She was available and prompt to respond at any time by email or text. She never made us feel like a nuessence, even though our situation of relocating across the country definitely lended itself to need more of her attention. We ended up buying a new construction home and Carly even helped coordinate details of our new home with the contractors. She would send pictures of the homes progress when we werent able to physically see the home. Personally, I feel like a successful realtor makes you feel like their only client, and Carly definitively delivered on this. Weve bought several homes in the past, and there is no one is more deserving of a five star rating than Carly.

ZillowVERIFIED Carly is very professional, organized and fun to work with. She went above and beyond while assisting me with buying me first home. Carly is an excellent communicator and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. As I first time home buyer I was not familiar with the entire process and Carly was an amazing educator and very patient. She even helped me pick out some home decor colors because I am so indecisive. She is the best and I highly recommend her!

ZillowVERIFIED Our meeting with Carly was incidental but from the first communication, she was extremely professional timely and helpful. I was immediately impressed with her perceptiveness of what we as the family were looking for in a new home. We have recently closed on the house and did so while out of state. Carly has gone above and beyond in negotiating with the sellers, their agent, as well as overlooking and checking in on the property. My husband and I are so thankful that for all of Carly's hard work and dedication. Carly continues to help in transition to our new home. I have no reservations in highly recommending Carly Kelley as a realtor and found her work to be impeccable.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Carly was very good. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for and followed up quickly showing us several different homes. The more we looked the more intuitive Carly became about our residential needs. She contacted us right away to discuss a brand new listing, saying she thought we would be interested. Thankfully because of Carly we found our dream home. The sale became complicated and Carly navigated the situation with professionalism and expediency needed to secure our funding. We would highly recommend Carly Kelley to assist you!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I met Carly through mutual friends. We needed a realtor and she happened to be one so we figured we'd try her out. Carly was the best thing that could have happened to us! She worked extremely hard for us finding houses and was always available on short notice which was a necessity for us. I work on the railroad and never know when I'll be available. She remembered all of our needs and wants, always reminding us of things while looking at houses and helping us ask the right questions of builders, sellers, and other realtors. She was a stalwart advocate for us in negotiation on our house and we feel that we did very well on the home we ended up purchasing. I would say to anyone looking for a realtor that I can't see how anyone could possibly be better than Carly Kelley.

ZillowVERIFIED Buying or selling a house will likely be the biggest financial transactions that most of us will ever make. Carly provided invaluable information about our buy-sell agreement as well as closing cost information. I was impressed regarding the information that she knew that I had no clue about. We sold our home without using a realtor and it was the biggest financial mistake we have ever made. We were outmaneuvered by the buyer, who had direct advice from a professional realtor. We consulted with Carly after we unfortunately had a signed agreement. I would never sell a house on my own ever again. Her skilled professional guidance would have saved us 10-15 thousand dollars after her fees. Carly will be the first person I call next time I plan to sell or buy.

Carly Kelley has been an invaluable asset to us in terms of knowledge and determination. She is committed to us and took the time to learn what we were looking for in a home. I am extremely impressed by her ability to remember our likes and dislikes, her attention to detail is unparalleled. She was a joy to work with, very friendly and personable. I will absolutely be recommending Carly to my friends and family.
