We just had our 17th real estate transaction with Carly. We are homebuilders, designers and renovators. Carly was without question the best real estate agent we have had of all of our transactions hands down. She is a true multi generational local who knows the area and that is so important. We were searching for a home for a year, she was patient and diligent. Never has a realtor help us detect what needed to be addressed with the house during home tours. She has remodeled many homes and has extensive knowledge in this area. She is intelligent, no nonsense, respectful, prompt, and everything else you might be looking for. She helped us through every step of the way to find a home in a tough market that is a great fit. She went above and beyond many times over. Even after we closed on the house Carly has been super responsive and helpful and has even given us amazing contacts and more for work that needs to be addressed. Carly and her team were fantastic, a real pleasure to work with! My wife and I are moving back closer to family in MT, but currently living out of state, so it was quite the challenge to get a feel for what was on the market and sometimes even have to make decisions sight-unseen. It was a huge help to have a team willing to travel around and give us reports on properties, including pictures and inspections (we are both engineers, so loved her detailed analysis). When we were in town, Carly and her Ford Raptor made sure that even visiting some remote houses up muddy mountain roads was no problem! Whatever we needed, they made sure it got done...even when we decided to change plans and look for vacant land to build on. This was by far the best realtor experience we've ever had!

Great realtor and the team she works with. Was extremely pleased with the results we got from Carly in selling our home. Within a day of our decision to put our home on the market she was out taking pictures and got it online, we had results that evening, and it was sold three days later. My wife and I recently moved to western Montana and had the pleasure of working with Owen. He was incredibly responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. He guided us through each step of the process, worked closely with the realtor selling our prior home and our lender, and helped us understand the market.
