ZillowVERIFIED Buying a home is overwhelming and usually the largest purchase anyone can plan on making. With that said, you really need an expert to assist in all areas. Choosing the right person is also not easy, because you really never know what kind of experience you'll have. I'm no exception and can have high expectations, but Carly delivered in every way. She helped us purchase a second home in Carolina Beach, which we are so excited about. She was a wealth of knowledge, knew the market, completely transparent and honest, but most importantly VERY responsive. Carly was great, start to finish and went above any expectations we had. We will definitely work with her again! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

ZillowVERIFIED My experience with Carly was nothing short of perfect. She was always there to consult or ask any question I had quickly, intelligently and confidently. We had a small incident that she handled immediately, to our amazement and the outcome was much better than expected. Her knowledge of the entire process made us feel confident that we were making the right decisions. I wish I knew more people who were in need of her services, I can't wait to recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

ZillowVERIFIED We love our home. We know we got a super sweet deal. And we know we wouldn't have gotten it without Carly. We were among those who offered on a short sale on Queen Street at the end of this spring. We're not developers. Not flippers. We just wanted a home in this cool, historic stretch four blocks from the mighty Cape Fear River. It was such a good deal, mainly because of neglect and renters with dogs who had made a odorous mess of the home. It was so overgrown outside, but once you looked past the mess inside, you could see how solid it was. We saw what it could be. So did Carly. Then came three months of ups and downs, surprises and seemingly impossible hurtles to get the title clear and get the property ready for closing. She stayed right after it. Always upbeat and confident. She never missed a call or email or text. She'd prod here, ask questions there, pleasantly but firmly nurturing it along. Because of her steadiness, my bank extended the rate lock-in significantly, saving us tons of money over the next decades. Carly brought so many personal touches. She reminded me of the character Deets in "Lonesome Dove." "Cheerful in all weathers. Never shirked a task. Splendid behavior." If you had been there, you would've said, 'no way that's going to happen.' But it did, at 318 Queen Street. Some of my friends who know the real estate market here are amazed it happened like it did and, especially, at the price we paid. We love our home. And Carly.

ZillowVERIFIED I have been working with Carly for a few months. I hold a mortgage on a property that the owner will be selling. Since it is a very unique commercial property, Carly has done extensive research, contacted potential buyers, and has provided the owners and myself a lot of information about the property and the market. Her customer skills are outstanding, as is her knowledge of the market. I would very highly recommend Carly to anyone looking to buy or sell residential or commercial property.

ZillowVERIFIED Words can not describe what an incredible experience I had with Carly Foreman. She went above and beyond for my husband and me. She worked tirelessly!!! Morning, night, weekends, while she was on vacation, whenever! I was never unable to reach her if I had even the most minuscule question about a home I was interested in. My husband and I were very particular about the home we were looking for and Carly showed nothing but patience. She found us the home of our dreams and we could not be more pleased with her efforts. She is professional and has a true passion for what she does and it shows. If you don't have a realtor you are doing yourself a disservice by not contacting her. Thank you Carly!

ZillowVERIFIED Carly was FANTASTIC at helping me to buy my first home! Not only was she attentive and answered any and all of my questions, but she took her time to ensure I was ok with everything during the process, and checked in frequently. She does everything possible to save you the most money by going the extra mile and reaching out to determine what costs can be cut and what savings are available. I have recommended her to my co-workers who have all had the same positive and enjoyable experience as I've had. If you want an honest and reliable broker, she's your girl!

ZillowVERIFIED Carly knows her market, she is beautiful, sweet and makes the transition for selling a easy and smooth as possible. I recommend her for any future home selling. She is worth every penny! Carly worked with my wife and I on moving our home within five months of posting our home on different sites, including Craigslist. With that we sold the home in a week. Negotiations were met with the buyer and myself to sell the home on Liz Lane. Due to market conditions, we had drop the price to sell and Carly renegotiated her commissions with us to move the property with ease.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Carly on the purchase of one duplex in Wilmington, and am currently working with her on the purchase of a single family residence. She has shown to be very professional in all of our interactions. She knows the market, has a vast knowledge of real estate and it's value as well as it's potential value. She also has good connections in the community and can give references for any additional needs. I am not from the Wilmington area, and Carly went above and beyond any expectations I had as far as making the selection and closing process as easy as possible. She coordinated and assisted with the inspections and utilities, saving me multiple trips to the area. She was always prompt with her responses and didn't mind going the extra step to help an out of town buyer. I highly reccomend Carly to anyone looking to buy or sell property, and will not hesitate to use her services again myself. My experience in working with Carly was totally positive, and I have the utmost confidence and trust in working with her again.

ZillowVERIFIED Carly is excellent to work with! First off, she's extremely professional, very well-versed in her field, has very strong local connections, is very thorough with the buying process and I can count on her to be very honest and diligent with her interactions. As a person Carly is simply very sweet and kind. She is on the ball and highly responsive. When we needed her to coordinate and meet different vendors (ex: inspectors) at the house, she would always make herself available. I did not worry at all about the process because I had such confidence in Carly's ability. I'd highly recommend Carly.
