ZillowVERIFIEDCarly was a great in selling my house. She was there for me every step of the way, including staging the house. I would say she is a lifesaver in helping sell a house. She was actually the second Realtor, the first one did not work out.

ZillowVERIFIED Carly was professional, knowledgeable and hugely successful in selling our home. She guided and advised us every step of the way. She diligently pursued buyers and kept us posted on every little detail. She was very appreciated for anll her hard work and we would definitely have her aid us in a sell or a purchase in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Carly was very easy to work with and exceptionally accommodating in our long drawn out property search. My wife and I were looking to purchase a home in the Morganton/Hickory/Lenoir area and relocate from the Raleigh. Being a considerable distance away and having a very specific list of requirements for our new home meant the search was not easy. She stuck with us for many months of weekend trips and showings. I don't think we could have had a more patient realtor that was as committed as we were to finding the right home for us.

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Carly to anyone and everyone looking to buy a home, as she did for me. She went way above and beyond in helping me. I live 3 hours away from the home I was buying and she was there, showing up to meet the Inspector, contractors, workmen and anyone else needing access to the home when I could not, which was a lot, living 3 hours away. She was a top notch professional in dealing with the seller's agent and the various other businesses involved in this transaction. She assisted me every step of the way in making suggestions and giving me ideas on how to navigate this homebuying process. She truly is the best, most helpful, resourceful, professional realtor I have ever met. She kept me informed, communicating on a daily basis. You simply won't find a better one than Carly.

ZillowVERIFIED Carly is awesome! With a sunny disposition, she goes above and beyond to tap her sources at the city and in the industry to answer questions. She assisted us with a purchase and a sale. She staged our condo with some of her own items and got the losting posted promptly. Our condo sold to the first person who toured it. We worked with Carly for about three months on both a purchase and a sale. She was always reachable and made the encyclopedias of paperwork easily understandable. All of our paperwork was done electronically. We can't recommend Carly enough and would choose her again!
