My wife and I moved to Idaho Falls in 2010 and opened a successful business that we owned for seven years (Catlos Wholesale furniture store). In 2014 I got back into real estate investing in residential property. My background experience is also in hospitality. I worked at Luxury five star hotels for 6 years while in college. You are probably wondering why do I mention my experience in two other industries? The answer is simple. My experience in entrepreneurship allows me to understand the value of your time and your money. Efficiency and diligence is what you can expect from me. Kojak deserves more than 5 stars! He is the most helpful, responsive, friendly, and professional person there is. He is very knowledgeable about the area and processes along the way. Kojak goes above and beyond for his clients. I feel like he goes out of his way to make sure all of his clients needs are met in a timely manor. I needed to buy quickly and Kojak made sure everything went smoothly for me with the lender, the house visits, negotiation, and closing. He knows the right people to make things happen. He also was kind enough to help me with getting the utilities and fiber setup before I moved in. Kojak has proven time and time again just how trustworthy he is. Ive been telling my friends about my experience and everyone has commented how unique it is to find someone like Kojak. There was a little time between me closing and physically relocating where he went to the house and helped with letting renovation crew in and picked up packages. Carlos and Kim were perfect!!! They communicated with the seller and contractor for anything that needed to be addressed. And since I'm new to the area Carlos came with me to help streamline the utilities getting set up through the city. They are both very fun to be around and make the whole process a delight.
