We were looking for a very particular place as my mom is in her 60s and wanted the right unit for her to be in to have her freedom and still think ahead. We gave him a detailed list of what everyone was looking for and we found the right unit on the first day shopping with him. I have found Carlos and his team have taken a very proactive measure to my real estate transaction. They were highly prompt in making sure that every step was taking early in the process to prevent any delays. During the negotiation process, I was highly impressed by the communication process. ZillowVERIFIED As someone who has always had success finding apartments on my own using grassroots methods (classified ads in the newspaper, by word of mouth from family & friends, apartment websites online, etc.), I was a little reluctant to use a real estate agent. I came into contact with Carlos M. Turner after he posted a local listing in a Facebook community page and I sent an inbox message to inquire about it. Within minutes of sending a message to Carlos, he called me. And within an hour of our phone call, I was viewing the apartment I initially wrote to inquire about. Carlos is very knowledgeable, not only about the properties, but the communities in which he shows them. I never felt pressured to make any rush decisions on any of the properties he showed me and that made me feel confident that I was working with the right guy! He was always available to answer any questions I had and if he didnt have an answer, he did everything he could right away to make sure I had an answer as soon as possible. I highly recommend Carlos for his professionalism, knowledge of the real estate industry, and charismatic personality which helped to ease the stress of finding a place to live under a somewhat short time frame.
