ZillowVERIFIED Carlos is one of the main reasons why we have a condo we call home. His professionalism, his demeanor, his genuine care for his clients, and his passion for real estate eased any doubts we had or stresses we felt. Carlos was with us during every step of the process and provided as much resources and information as possible. I ask a lot of questions and he was very patient with answering all of them. He put us in contact with someone who helped us get qualified. Then he curated a list of communities and homes based on our criteria and qualifications. He created a list and scheduled appointments at each community/home site. Carlos visited each one with us. Once we narrowed down our options and decided on a home, Carlos worked with the lenders to make sure we were taken care of. One of the most meaningful and memorable moments of this experience was on the night we closed on our home, Carlos was there with us. I highly would recommend Carlos as your real estate agent especially if you are a first time home buyer. Carlos became more like family and we will definitely use him again if/when buying another home.

He even showed me how to wire money from account to another. I highly recommend and appreciate the professionalism and dedication he always shows. One thing I really like about Carlos was that he always showed up to a site visit whenever the builder invited us for a progress check to see how the new construction was coming along.
