Carlos has been amazing though my husbamd and It's house hunting adventure! After having a horrible experience with a previous realtor who had zero of a clue of what we wanted, Carlos took the time to listen and worked with what it was that we ideally wanted. After a week of working with Carlos, we found our dream townhome! We were able to close within a month of putting in our offer. Carlos is extremely professional and candor. I had the pleasure of having Carlos as my agent on two separate occasions, both for rental properties. Both properties fit to the T what we were looking for at the moment,in terms of location, features and financials. The service we received from Carlos was simply extraordinary. Not only he takes the time to get to know his clients -goals, needs and preferences- but he also presents the market conditions in a fair and realistic way, so you know exactly what your budget and timeframe can get you. Although he will work intensely to find a property according to your specifications, he will not take you to a showing just for the sake of it. He searches, researches and searches again. Once he finds the right property, he will negotiate the best deal on your behalf, but always within what is fair within your market. However, don't think that once you close the deal he will forget about you, on the contrary! Carlos will contact you shortly after you move-in and check how you are doing. Should you need a good handyman or electrician, he can refer you to someone reputable and licensed. He is well respected by his peers, his clients and industry. That is why he has so many repeated clients, myself included (I will have him find and negotiate the deal when we decide to purchase a property). His responsiveness is immaculate and will diligently work to accommodate to your schedule with the other party. I highly recommend him for a impeccable Real Estate service.
