ZillowVERIFIEDWe cant express enough how disappointed we are in Austin Ballard, Carlos Ramos III and Red Apple Real Estate / R&R Rentals. At the first sight of a problem with a tenant, Austin tucks tail, throws his hands in the air and ultimately surrenders. His broker provides no support and ensures minimal effort at best is provided to clients. Austin failed to protect our assests and ensured we incurred a $3K loss that ultimately was not recoverable due to his inability and lack of experience. Austin, Carlos and Red Apple Real Estate / R&R Rentals are spinless at best. Do yourself a favor and find a REAL real estate and property management firm before considering doing business with this horrendously inexperienced firm that will not protect owners best interests, property and ensures owners incur significant losses.
