ZillowVERIFIEDMy girlfriend and I recently relocated to Miami for work. Carlos was very helpful in helping us find our new home. He picked me up directly from the airport and took me on a tour of listings that he set up based on the features we were looking for in our new home. He shared a lot of knowledge about the communities within Miami as we traveled to each listing. We ended up finding a listing that we absolutely loved and now call home. Carlos was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process, and his real estate experience coupled with his local knowledge made finding our new home a breeze.

ZillowVERIFIED Carlos was very nice! He helped us find several listings and was able to show us around very quickly. Once we decided to put an offer, he helped us winning the bid. But then we had a quite difficult situation with the first lender and our seller was very dissatisfied with the delay. However, he was able to calm them down with our new lender and we were able to finally close on the property after 3 months of negotiation and waiting.

ZillowVERIFIED Carlos was instrumental in selling our home in Miami, was very open and transparent about the price, possibilities and helped us get hour home in the right shape with minor repairs to maximize the selling price. We would wholeheartedly work again with Carlos or recommend him to other buyers or sellers in the area. He demonstrated very high level of expertise and local knowledge and we felt we were in excellent hands at all time. Thank you Carlos!

ZillowVERIFIED We were moving from New York to Miami and were introduced to Carlos. Carlos showed us exactly the type of properties we wanted and we were able to make a selection in 1 day. He is responsive, trustworthy, and has deep knowledge about the Miami area.
