Carlos has never-ending energy! When I was overwhelmed with the renovation process, Carlos kept unveiling one idea at a time to lead me through the process. He worked extremely well with my own contractor. Completely prepared at Open House time, Carlos took multiple offers over the first week, reviewing the pros and cons of each offer with me to settle on the right one. I'm sure we received at least $200,000 more due to extra touches he suggested. I would definitely recommend Carlos for your next real estate transaction.
