My philosophy on how to conduct a customer-centric business is derived from one of the tag lines of my very first employer out of college, Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They said, "Never promise more than you can deliver, and always deliver more than you promise". Up to now, this mantra has served me, and my customers, very well! Experience has shown me time and again that no one makes it alone. I've had, and continue to have, some extraordinary mentors that have encouraged and fostered my success in business. Furthermore, I've noticed that the more I actively mentor, assist, and empower others in and outside of my field; the rewards coming back to me and my team are simply amazing! In short, what I get to do for a living is nothing short of a privilege. And it's with this mindset that I diligently look forward to working with my clients, colleagues, and friends...
