When we listed the home with him initially, he immediately had great photos taken even with a staged version so people could see what it would look like with furniture. He secured a buyer quickly within a couple of weeks. We didnt realize the home was titled differently than we expected so we had to take it off the market while waiting for a year and a half to go through probate. Once we were able to relist it, Carlos updated the photos and secured a buyer within a week. Throughout the whole process, he was patient, offered excellent guidance and overall went out of his way. Highly recommend!

We felt most comfortable with Carlos as he is a very honest and truthful person. He does not tell us only what we want to hear, but rather the true reality of the buying and selling process. He was very patient with us and never tried to push a sale of a house that didnt fit our needs. And he is a very good negotiator and knows how to achieve a win-win situation. He has many years of experience working in real estate and has great working relationships with many other agents and companies in the industry as well. We had two other agents prior to meeting Carlos and would not recommend our two previous agents. What a difference a great agent makes. We actually missed Carlos frequent calls and texts after we found our house. He helped make our downsizing journey a little less stressful. I was impressed because most of the other people that called me didn't bother to spend much time talking to me, maybe thinking that I wasn't a serious person in the market. Carlos took more of an approach of assuming that I was already a serious buyer- which is something I admired right off the bat. He also did not come off being very pushy or anything- he was more focused on delivering me information and value on what I was curious about. Most of the other agents that were reaching out to me seemed to be very focused on themselves and ways they can sell me. Also, Carlos drove us around for 3 days going door to door looking at properties. I think it was one of the last listings on day 3 that I decided to pull the trigger on. We are now happily living in Orange County. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Carlos for help finding a home or even just gaining some knowledge about the market. Thanks again Carlos.

In our neighborhood there are only 12 custom estates and it was important to us to not only sell, but sell for the most amount of money. There were other agents in our neighborhood who claimed to be the area specialist, we simply were not impressed with the length of time it took the other agents to sell a home nor were we impressed with their marketing/effort. We lived in 6 different states (California twice), purchased 8 different principle residences plus 7 investment properties so we have a pretty good feel for what a good Realtor looks like.Carlos and his team were hands down the best we have worked with. They bring the whole package as they own their own Brokerage firm, have several full time outside Realtors, have full time in house Marketers and have a very talented full time in house videographer/photographer.
