Carlos had a positive, can do attitude. Nothing seemed to phase him. I honestly believe he was the only realtor who could have pulled off this house sale. Just finding workmen who would come out in a timely manner & do the job was hard, but Carlos handled everything.

We had some set backs, but Carloss saEUR?helped us reorganize. (On the way to closing my husbands flights were twice canceled. Consequently our closing was twice canceled.) Carlos never lost hope or sight of the end goal. After several torturous hours, almost 24, my husband arrived and we closed. A two hour flight took almost 20 hours. But with Carlos help the banker drove more than two hours to us so we could close. God bless this man and all he did for us. Thank you Carlos, you mean the world to us.
