ZillowVERIFIEDBelieve it or not, Carlos and his team sold our house to us originally from the previous owner and now just helped "us" sold it again. What a coincidence, but mostly the caring nature they have for their work drawn us towards them. His entire team at GPH were tentative and thorough about their work. Every questions were tended to within 24hrs, if not the same day. Specific breakdown:1. They hired the right photographer to take our pictures2. The house went live (for sale) on the requested date3. Txt messages and phone calls were answered right away5. All contracts that had minor errors were corrected immediately (ie. names, email)6. Lastly, arrived to closing on timeOverall, Carlos, Elizabeth and Brittany were magnificent. We couldn't ask for a better team to get our property into the right hands.
