ZillowVERIFIED Beyond pleased with the care and knowledge that Carli and her team demonstrated during the entire process of selling the property. They are professional, knowledgeable and efficient and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I will never have to look for a realtor in future as I cannot expect to find another that will do better. Thank you, Carli!

ZillowVERIFIED Carli keeps knocking it out of the park! Two years ago, she sold our house in just one day, and now shes done it again. From smart repair advice to beautiful staging, through listing and closing, her expertise shines. Even in a slower market this time, we had an offer after only one day of showings. Carli is simply the best!

ZillowVERIFIED 5 Stars - Truly Exceptional Realtor! We couldnt be more thrilled with our experience working with Carli at Amlin Advantage! She went above and beyond to get us much more than we ever thought possible for our home. From start to finish, Carli had every detail under control, which gave us such a sense of peace throughout the entire process. The team took stunning professional photos, including aerial drone shots, and handled all the staging beautifully. Our home was marketed so well that we had numerous showings and were under contract in just a few days! Her professionalism, communication, and negotiation skills were top-notch. We always felt like we were in the best hands, and she proved that time and time again. If youre looking for someone who will truly go to bat for you, Carli is the one!

ZillowVERIFIED Carli & Brian made the sale of our house smooth and trouble free. They did an incredible job staging our home, getting potential buyers to view it, and working with the buyer's agent and title company to sweat the details throughout the close process.

ZillowVERIFIED Carli handled the sale of our parents estate home in a very professional manner. She worked with myself (executor) even though I lived in a different city in a timely manner and got the job done. I very much appreciated her work.

ZillowVERIFIED Experienced Professional. In our decision to move from Arizona to Ohio, my husband and I casually looked at homes in the Dayton area. We went to open houses and called listing agents to make appointments to view homes we liked. This is how we met Carli Amlin. We had met with just as many realtors as we saw homes and felt that Carli was the one realtor that stood out as an agent that would look after our best interests and not just make a sale. There was no doubt we were going to purchase a home, but who could help us navigate the process flawlessly and really listen and understand what we were looking for in a home with our varied interests? Carli helped us pinpoint our absolute needs, showed us good options that addressed our needs and wants, helped us navigate all the moving parts of the sale, and advocated for us during the negotiation process. Carli's communication was constant, her knowledge of real estate was remarkable, and her service and attention to detail was impeccable. I will be moving a family member in a year and we will absolutely work with Carli Amlin again. If you want a friendly agent who really cares about helping you find what you want and have a smooth transaction, Carli Amlin is the real estate agent for you.

ZillowVERIFIED Carli was super! She had a winning strategy in her mind from the moment we first talked to her. She did an awesome job researching comparable homes and developed a competitive price for our home. She was always accessible, day and night, to answer questions or concerns. She was always cheerful and reassuring in a stressful time of our lives. Can never say enough good things about our experience with her and her team!

ZillowVERIFIED Carli and her brother Brian did an outstanding job helping us find our very first house. They both went over and beyond. We were both a little lost in how the process works, and they made sure to explain everything we didnt understand. If you need a realtor, dont look any further. They are the best around.

ZillowVERIFIED First time home buyers I did some of my research but clearly not enough. Brian had more than enough knowledge to cover every aspect of what I could buy, what I couldnt buy. What loans would cover my purchase, what zones would benefit me and future development of what would hurt my investment. For any question that I had he had an answer and was more than welcome of information. We had a fall through on our first purchase contract which had nothing to do with the team but out of the three offers that day he was able to present it with the magic he does and got us the purchase contract. Almost a year later when I got all of my finances situated we contacted him again and he was ready and got right back to work. We had found another house with another purchase contract with more obstacles and yet again he took the wheel and navigated us majestically through the turmoil. Keep your phone by you at all times he moves swift and technically at a moments notice. The team works around the clock and in this market its dog eat dog, first come first serve. You want anybody in your corner its TEAM AMLIN.

ZillowVERIFIED They took the time to make us feel like we're the only client they had. They're very good about Today's market with knowledge and fighting for our best interests. The pictures taken captured attracted more customers than we thought would be!! They went over and beyond to help us with the sale and expectations of each step and everything legal. Our house sold and closed just over a month! They should be called the "wow team". They work hard and are inspiring.

ZillowVERIFIED Carli was my agent when I bought my house, which was a long process. She is the only person I would call in the Dayton area for real estate advice. Shes honest, patient, and very knowledgeable about the market and the overall homebuying and/or selling process.

ZillowVERIFIED We moved into the area from out of state. So, logistically, it was a challenging move. Carli was super attentive and arranged her schedule to accommodate our availability which was very much appreciated with our limited time frame. She was knowledgeable and thorough in the market and her attentiveness followed through all the way to the close.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Carli as our realtor was nothing short of impressive! She sold us a house when we weren't even looking for one! She got us top dollar for our old house, a good price on our new house...even with multiple offerors and we are now living in a home that is absolutely perfect for our family! She found us a house to raise our growing family in, that is large enough for our six children, and in a neighborhood we love. We absolute LOVE Carli and her whole Amlin Advantage team...give them a call to sell or buy your next house, I promise you'll be just as happy as us!

She spent a lot of time looking for possible locations and I relied on her knowledge of the area to narrow down my search. After selecting the best location, she went above and beyond to negotiate on my behalf with the large corporate seller. I would highly recommend You consider Carli to be your realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We've worked with Amlin Advantage twice now. The first time was around 10 years ago as brand new home buyers. Carly's knowledge and expertise situated us nicely in the home we enjoyed for almost 10 years. As our family outgrew that first home we knew exactly who we wanted to help us find our dream home and sell our starter home. We ended up working with Brian this time around and he too made the entire process flow as seamlessly as possible. 10/10 would recommend
