ZillowVERIFIEDIn this competitive market we wanted the best realtor there is and without a doubt that was Carla Raschilla. Carla had the experience and knowledge we trusted. Carla recently helped us sell our first home and purchase our forever home. We had lots of questions that she was very prompt with responding to. We were very particular with what we were looking for and Carla was very patient with our search. She also made herself available to work around our schedules for showings. She was very attentive to what we were looking for in a home, that she was able to find us the perfect house that checked off all of our boxes. She walked us through every step of the buying and selling process. She was able to get us the best deal with the sale of our house in the first weekend it was on the market! She is extremely pleasant to work with, very reliable, professional, responsible, and knowledgeable with all things real-estate. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for everything she did to help us finally move into our forever home! I highly recommend Carla Raschilla if youre looking to buy/sell a home!

ZillowVERIFIEDCarla is a very nice and professional person. She worked with me for several months to help me find the home that my family and me would love. Due to my work schedule It was a little difficult for me to make It to all the open houses but she Carla always went above and beyond and made It happen. Thanks Carla

ZillowVERIFIEDCarla was fantastic throughout the entire home buying process, she was quickly responsive and always answered our questions thoroughly and professionally. We had trouble with one of the houses we put an offer on, and Carla worked us through the whole process and was supportive of all of our decisions while making our decision making process as easy as possible. We could not be happier with the home we ended up buying, and the entire process went smoothly thanks to all of her hard work.
ZillowVERIFIEDIt was a sincere pleasure working with Carla to sell my property. She went the extra step to make sure everything was done promptly and correctly. I had numerous questions along the way and I found her to be very responsive and knowledgeable. She was very flexible in making herself available for meetings and inspections. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home!
ZillowVERIFIEDI highly recommend Carla to anyone looking to buy or sell. She was very professional and helped me sell my condo for the price I was looking to sell it for. She kept me up to date on market conditions and was great at giving me feedback after prospective buyers saw the property. She did open houses and continued to keep me up to date on market activity. She negotiated the offer and was there for inspections and walk throughs to make sure everything went smoothly. I will be recommending Carla to family and friends whenever I can.
