ZillowVERIFIEDThe first weekend of May 2024, we drove to Marco Island with a list of aEUR~open-house condos to inspect and found a property that wasnt in our list which we really wanted to see. We contacted the number listed on Zillow and within minutes we received a callback and coordinated a showing, all within a 2-hour window; although it was a Sunday afternoon and that's how we met Real Estate Agent, Mrs. Ivna Melo. Mrs. Melo is very sweet and knowledgeable. Ivna conducted an assessment of our intentions and kindly asked if it was okay to send us information about other for-sale condos in the area. Upon agreement, we began receiving a daily list of properties with our specifications. The next weekend we coordinated with Mrs. Melo to see approximately 8 other properties and began narrowing the search in accordance to our expectations. As part of this process, Ivna submitted 2 offers that never materialized. Then, we found a condo $50k over budget. The following week, the original price dropped and my agent with our approval began negotiating once again, within a few days, a contract was secured. At times, Mrs. Melo truly exceeded our expectations by coordinating with all teams involved and going the 'extra mile' to prioritize her clients needs. We were very happy to closed on a beautiful condo at Marco Island within the original agreed closing date. Regardless of last minutes inconveniences, our agent maintained her professionalism from beginning to end. We were looking for a condo in N Marco Island and found an "angel" which facilitated a smooth real estate transaction by ensuring that her clients were well represented all the time. We have already recommended Mrs. Melo and will continue to share our new Real Estate Agent's contract information with family and friends.
