She's honest, trustworthy, and competent, and she genuinely looks out for your interests. I was a first-time homebuyer trying to buy a home in Connecticut while living in the west coast, and Carla really went the extra mile to make sure the process ran smoothly. When she learned I was interested in walking to work through one of the parks in the area, she offered to walk through the park herself on a video call so I could see if the trail was passable. She recommended an excellent home inspector who identified a number of serious problems with the first property I was planning to buy, helping me to avoid a costly mistake. For the second property (and the one I ended up purchasing), she advised me to lower my offer by $15,000; the lower offer was accepted, saving me a significant amount of money. She was always happy to answer questions and offer advice on maintenance work, even after the sale was completed. Overall, an excellent agent; I'm lucky I found her.

ZillowVERIFIED I can't recommend Carla enough. We sold our house within 3 days at our asking price. Carla does not make you feel forced to do anything and will back your decisions. She gave us the option for a home warranty until closing, which I debated for a few days and decided to go without it. Sadly our furnace blew out right before our final walkthrough and it was a complete mess. Hindsight being 20/20, the home warranty was definitely the way to go. Regardless we closed with funds in escrow to do the repairs and it took over a month to complete with insurance and repairs companies. Carla was with us ever step of the way. We moved out of state and she made sure everybody had access to the home who needed to complete all the repairs. I can't thank her or recommend her enough. She is a great person first and a great realtor second. It is hard to find honest caring people like her these days and you will be more than happy if you choose her as you realtor.
