ZillowVERIFIED Carla helped me extensively with understanding the home-buying process as a first time homeowner. She had knowledge of the local area to make sure it was a good location as well as understanding what homes were going for in the surrounding area in order to be competitive in this market. But probably most importantly, I never felt pressured by Carla. She was very patient and thorough with any questions I had, and if she didn't think a house was a good fit FOR ME she would tell me. I really enjoyed working with Carla and would say anyone who does business with her is in good hands.

ZillowVERIFIED Carla is truly the best at what she does! She is incredibly knowledgeable of the current market, her area, and her clients needs. She answers every question with the utmost candor, insight, and genuineness. Buying your first home isn't easy and is a confusing process within itself however, she has been so helpful and made me feel that any question is warranted and deserves an honest and authentic answer. Her warm, welcoming, and encouraging demeanor makes me feel like family. Carla truly always has her clients' best interest at heart. I ultimately decided not to buy currently but I plan to use Carla again very soon as I plan purchase my first home. I highly recommend anyone in the Hillsborough, Mebane, or Triad area to contact Carla for any real estate needs for selling or buying a home- you wont regret it!

ZillowVERIFIED Carla Janney is a total joy to work with. She is knowledgeable and informative, always patient and easy to understand. Her responsiveness is refreshing and appreciated - she understands that purchasing a home is a stressful and confusing process for a buyer. No question is silly and all answers are thorough. It is so nice to work with an always-smiling and friendly professional who seems to genuinely want to please her clients. When so many have a miserable experience buying and/or selling their homes, finding the kindness, reassurance and attention Carla provides is a breath of fresh air.

ZillowVERIFIED Carla made our experience building a house a smooth one! From the very first meeting we felt very comfortable talking about our new home. She listened to all our concerns and provided the information we needed to start the process. Throughout the constructions she kept us up-to-date and connected us to the right people if there was something she couldnt do herself. It was a pleasure to work with her and the rest of the team!

ZillowVERIFIED Earlier this year I met Carla when I was looking at different communities for my parents to move to. She made a very positive impression from the moment I met her and that helped us decide to work with her in the future when my parents are ready to buy their new home. I call her often with many questions about the home buying process and she is patient and answers all of my questions throughly. I really appreciate that she is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does.

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot say enough incredible things about Carla! I will start off with her personality and character, she is kind and she is your advocate in every way. She is so knowledgeable about the real estate market and this community. Her response time to emails and calls was impeccable. The home buying experience can be nerve racking, so I had so many questions. Carla always responded promptly and never gave any hint of being annoyed, she was so kind and willing to help. We had a specific budget to stay in when we were buying our home and she helped in any way she could to make sure we stayed in that budget. I always felt that she wanted us to be happy rather than just trying to make a sale. She puts her customers first! I have referred many people to Arrowhead Green not only for the community, but to work with Carla. This is as good as a home buying experience can get! She is wonderful!

ZillowVERIFIED As first time homebuyers, we were extremely cautious and fearful of the commitment and process related to purchasing a home. Carla spent a lot of time with us explaining all the details we needed to know before buying a house. We highly recommend Carla Janney to anyone who is interested in buying a property. Her good work ethic makes a difference.

ZillowVERIFIED Carla was great through the entire process. Anytime I had a question, I felt comfortable enough to ask her and she always responded promptly. She was honest with me about everything and didnt try to pressure me into anything that I didnt need. When I had a problem with something she helped figure out how to fix it. Im a first time home buyer, so of course I was nervous and unsure of everything, but working with Carla really helped me ensure that I was making the right decision. She was always pleasant, upbeat, and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend her to any home buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED We currently bought our first house in Maiden, NC. Even though Carla was not our agent (since we do not live in her area) I contacted her regularly with questions and trusted her more than the agent we actually were working with. Carla Janney is an amazing person inside and out and knows her stuff! I would recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED Ive been friends with Carla for several years now and she has been a kind, driven, and supportive person since we met. Those qualities have carried over professionally as well. From speaking to her about it she appears to be very knowledgeable and understanding of the business. At the same time she makes it easy to understand and I think thats due to how well she knows it. I believe Carla could do just about anything she puts her mind to being how determined she is, but she seems to have a real knack for the Real Estate industry. I have yet to purchase a home but when i decide to, I will no doubt contact her first.
