It seemed like she thought of my questions before I did. To me that shows the experience and knowledge she has in this process. Carla helped me prepare my home to be sold and had great insight into details I never would have thought of. To that point my house sold in 1 day with an offer above the list price. She was very knowlegable about the different school districts, near by parks and busy streets around the houses we looked at. Carla went above and beyond what we expected from talking to the banks and different sellers to making sure we had all the right information before we went ahead and bought a house. She was also excelent at getting back to us literally within 24 hours of asking to see a potential home and met us at the location almost to the minute.
