ZillowCarla was amazing throughout our home selling and buying process. She tackled any and all issues that came our way with professionalism, patience and her calm demeanor. She took time to educate us on anything and everything we needed to know and provided all resources we could possibly need. She navigated our experience through the Covid challenges and even helped us with our kids so we could see houses by entertaining them if they were not allowed into houses due to having to limit the number of people in a house. We got a flat tire on the way to settlement of selling our house. Carla came and picked us up, took us back to the car after settlement and waited for us to change the tire to make sure all was good. She is extremely good at staging a home and has the contacts with professionals to take the best photos and videos of your home for marketing and she created a wonderful brochure of our home and updates we had made. Carla was always near via visit, text, phone call, or email. Her pleasant personality, positive energy, experience, and knowledge of local real estate took away our anxiety as we entered into selling our home during the pandemic and gave us confidence and ease of mind. Once she released our/her listing, we sold our home virtually in one day!
