ZillowVERIFIED I met Lance while searching for a home to buy during a 2-month window and after dismissing several realtors. Lance called me about a home I was looking for online and agreed to meet me to discuss my needs. No one had done this before. My previous realtors were given a detailed email with pictures, as examples and they still couldn't seem to get right but sent me homes that were not even in the ballpark for what I was wanting. If I found a home I wanted to see, they couldn't be available at times I wasn't working (I work 8 am-4 pm, Mon-Fri). I explained to Lance I was working against time (as I had 2 months to move) and needed someone to work for me, with me and to quickly find the home I needed. Lance did this, where others simply failed me. Lance showed me there are still those who believe in good customer service and taking care of their clients needs over the potential sale of a house. Lance worked for me in finding myself a home, not just selling a house. Others promise the world when you are looking for a home, Lance is one of the few (in my experience who delivers). I highly recommend this man and thank him for everything he did for me. This was also my first time purchasing a home.
