They handled EVERYTHING for me, which was important because I live out of state. They took the time to understand what my expectations were from the renovations and sale of the house. They allowed me to take my time and I never felt rushed into anything. I officially decided it was time to start renovations in February '24. Cathy was a powerhouse and managed all of the renovations. She was also able to get them for an AMAZING deal. Once renovations finished up, the team made the house a home with the most beautiful staging and photography. The house was listed within the timeline we had discussed and Natasha executed the sale of the house like the pro that she is. Natasha worked tirelessly to achieve an impressive amount of foot traffic at our weekend-long open house. We ended up receiving more offers than I had anticipated. I was selling a home for the first time so I kept getting to a place where I didn't know what to do next or where to find a service or information or how do deal with problems that came up. At first I was calling Carl or Sheryl and they would be able to tell me what was next or where to get a service that he new was tried and true or who to call to help me.
