Carl came with a full bio binder of himself told me to look it over and do some research on him (very impressive) no other realtor had done that. Carl was the 4th realtor I interviewed by the time I finished interviewing Carl I knew he would be a great candidate for me. When Carl came back to meet up with me he had a whole game plan of selling me home. Within 1 week there was a flood gate of offers, within week 2 l was in contact.
