Carl was raised to believe that if you make your business about helping others, there will always be work to be done. His entire professional life has been in service to those in my community. He once heard a quote by Jay Danzie that said "your smile is your logo, your personality is your business card, and how you leave others feeling after having an experience with you becomes your trademark." In essence, that is the way he always wants his clients to remember him. Working in the retail industry for ten years afforded him the knowledge and skills needed to be successful in real estate: maintaining client relations, openly and honestly communicating, problem solving, negotiations, and digital marketing skills.
