From the first time meeting Carl Demander, he has gone above and beyond for us. He was the listing agent of a home we were driving by and wanted to see. We called him thinking we can arrange a time to have him come show us the home, except he dropped what he was doing to meet us right there and then! We have never experienced such an accommodating gesture, especially from a realtor. We knew right away that we wanted to work with Carl. Our experience working with him has been nothing but stellar! Every time we wanted to see a house, he accommodated our requests. Every time we asked him a question, he responded right away. Every time we asked for guidance/advice we felt he ALWAYS had our best interest at hand and nothing but that! He has exceeded every expectation we have had and will ever have for what a realtor should do, or anyone in customer service for that matter. With poor and very disappointing past experiences with several agents, we were ready to give up on hiring a realtor altogether until we met Carl. Coming from out of state and buying virtually, it was nerve-wracking relying on a realtor to help us through the process, but we made the right choice. Carl is very professional, knowledgeable, honest, a great communicator, and patient (especially with my neurotic tendencies of panic every step of the way ??). He seemed quiet and reserved at first. We explained to him what we wanted and what we needed. He was so helpful. He took the time to schedule our visits even though we sent him long lists of houses, even after hours. He had the patience to work with me as I was not only stressed out during the whole process, but I am also a picky person. He took the time to look at areas of the house that we wouldn't have even thought of looking at, which may be a potential risk to us or that could help us in making offers. He helped us in obtaining a mortgage in a timely manner when we were having issues with our first mortgage provider. He was awesome!
