I must say the did an outstanding job in helping us purchase our new home. We had looked at so many homes with them and took a lot of there input before we decided on the home we have now. We are extremely happy with our purchase. Carl and Amy are outstanding realtors they had made purchasing a home so easy, I would recommend them to anyone out there either selling or buying a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Carl helped us with the sale of a house in Roxborough, CO and then a purchase in Highlands Ranch, CO. He is professional, knowledgeable, likeable, and very helpful. We had repairs and redecorating to do and he had referrals for us to talk with if we wanted to use. His wife, Amy, helped in our search for the pruchase and covered on occasions when Carl was unavailable. This was the 9th and 10th RE transactions I have been involved in over my life and it was the best experience I have ever had. This all happened in the time frame of the covid issues this spring.

A problem came up during one of the closings and we thought we were going to have to push the closing to another day but Carl stepped in and made one phone call and the problem was fixed. It was so unbelievable! The knowledge that he had helped us throughout the buying and selling process. He knew exactly what to ask. I would have never thought to ask some of the questions that he asked to make sure we were getting the best deal possible. He was a master negotiator! He negotiated a brand new A/C for us, a brand new refrigerator and saved us $30,000.00 dollars. It was so great to work with him and I will be recommending Carl Ballard to everyone I know!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Carl was excellent and a pleasure to work with during our home selling process this year. We went in a little cautious since we were selling at the start of winter and as the holidays approached. However, we worked together on a smart list price and Carl used a great approach posting the property early to build interest then using a grand opening / open house. We ended up with multiple offers on the evening following the opening house, plus a couple more the following morning. The closing process was smooth as well, even though we had to leave town before the official closing date.
