We were looking for both multi-family and single family homes from Long Beach down to Huntington Beach and Carin's knowledge of the area and each city and neighborhood was incredible. She is truly lovely to work with. There were many times we looked at a property and spent and hour+ talking after because we enjoyed her company so much. If you are looking or have looked to buy or sell in 2021 you probably know crazy the housing market is/was. We started interviewing local agents and settled on Carin Lindahl with First Team to sell our home. Carin was not a local agent to our area but was very responsive and seemed to know as much if not more about our area than the local agents we spoke to. Before ever signing with Carin, she had produced a very comprehensive market analysis showing us homes in our area that were very similar in size, views, and amenities even though very few homes in our area had sold in the past 10 years. It was Ms. Lundahl's constancy (and catchy mailers) in updating us, over many years, that prompted us to contact her when we decided to list our condominium in Long Beach. With her winsome personality, vast experience, dedication and knowledge, expertise in pricing and marketing properties and her penchant for thoroughness, engaging the services of Ms. Carin Lundahl for any real estate need in the entire region is a guarantee to success. When we fell under time and financial pressure to release the equity in our condo, Carin, literally, did back flips for us by utilizing every marketing tool and working late and on weekends to get our unit sold. She remained delightful throughout the process, guided and guarded us every step of the way and simplified everything for her computer challenged clients. She treated our tenant with kid gloves and was able to persuade him to release us from the significant obstacle of a remaining six months on a lease and, thereby, obtain for us a quick sale. ZillowVERIFIED We were first time buyers with every first time buyers' anxiety. Carin was amazingly patient and explained the whole painstaking process thoroughly. She is integrous and did not pressure us into purchasing a home outside of our means. Nor did she try to show us any homes outside of our selected neighborhoods. She had our best interests at heart. We looked at many, many houses, but Carin never faltered. She was knowledgeable and educated us on what could be a problem, or what could be easily fixed. Our dream home ended up being a shortsale, ugh! However, Carin was our true partner every step of the way (a long arduous 6-months). She kep in touch with us constantly since she perfectly understood how nerve-wrecking the wait can be. Carin is a consummate professional and so personable. She was great with our kids and they absolutely adore her. We felt she truly valued us as clients because she listened and was so focused on our home buying needs.
