ZillowVERIFIED Carey was, in one word - spectacular! Of course, there are more words forthcoming. She was professional, caring, and smart. She went over every line of the contract with me over the phone as I purchased my new home in Maine while still living in Pennsylvania. I had help from my sister and brother-in-law and Carey's phone using video. The sellers were a bit difficult, and Carey did her best to work with them and their realtor. Her negotiation skills are great despite working with difficult sellers who were selling their childhood home after their parent's death. They gave us some bumps in the road, didn't always do as they said they'd do, and in the end, didn't seem to understand putting money in escrow to do a final clean-up and if they did do it, they'd get it back. Carey asked the title company if they'd have any objections about her putting up the escrow from her commission so I could have a place to live. That's what they call an outstanding real estate professional. Carey is a force to be reckoned with! I wish her continued success and I will offer her name to anyone who needs to purchase or sell a home! Thank you for traveling this road with me and holding my hand when we had to get past the road blocks.

She had found things about the property that I had never seen before. It was quite impressive!
