She had obviously done her homework because the first time that she came to our house she had all of the information regarding homes that had been recently been sold in our neighborhood and suggested what price we should list our home for and asked us what we thought about that price. The price seemed very fair to us. Carey obtained a bid for our home for the exact amount that we listed it for within one week after we listed the home for sale. We also needed to obtain a two month lease-back for the house while our new home was being completed. Carey got that concession the Buyer for us also. The timing of the sale of our house was important so as to allow us to get the new home that we wanted. We were only able to obtain the specific new home that we wanted because of Careys skill and expertise. She made what could have been a stressful situation into an easy and seamless process!

ZillowVERIFIED After realizing that we needed a larger home, we met with Carey who guided us thru both the buyer and seller process. We were not in a rush as we wanted to make sure we picked out a home that would suit our needs for the years to come. After a few months (and many showing later), she found us the home and we closed on it with no issues. Her team guided us thru everything and overall we are very happy with the new home. As we started the process to move, she also became our listing agent to sell our old home. Her team helped stage, detail, photograph and make the home show ready. As we nervously put the home on the market for showing, we left for a short summer vacation. Less than 48hrs passed and we had two offers (one at full price). We fully expected to have this process take 30 days or longer, but Carey's team delivered and we were under contract in less than 2 days. If we decide to search again, our first call will be to the Light team.

Erin worked around my travel schedule to arrange showings of homes in the area. When we settled on the property, Erin took additional pictures so my spouse and I could see every detail. Erin and Carey worked to arrange meetings with lenders who provided pre-approval on the weekend.
