If you are looking for a realtor with a vast knowledge of the hoboken market, who is very responsive, and looking out for your best interests then look no further! Carey was my real estate agent for both the purchase of my hoboken condo and selling that condo 5 years later. When I was purchasing she was always looking out for my interests and what I wanted (as opposed to just trying to make the sale which is the case with other realtors). I accepted an offer on the sale of my condo in a little over 1 week! She has helped us to rent our apartment and advised us on some unexpected rental incidents in the past few years. She worked very hard to help us to rent to a new set of tenants without any time gaps between the old and new rental agreements. She handled the whole rental process from start to finish flawlessly: getting professional pictures of our property, using mobile app to inform us showing status, and preparing online legal rental documents for all parties to sign. The whole process was exceptionally smooth and quick. She didn't hesitate to speak up and act to make sure the process is moving. Carey's quality of service and upbeat attitude stayed the same before and after rental agreement was signed. This type of "after sales" service is very important. I have bad experience with a realtor who didn't return my phone call after he had got his commission from the builder. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I learned a HUGE lesson in how to hire a real estate agent BEFORE we hired Carey in 2016. We were selling our co-op after living there for 11 years and, out of loyalty, we hired the realtor who had initially sold it to us. What we failed to realize is how the market had changed in those 11 years and so many new tools were now being used. (Zillow had just started when we first bought in 1996). Our original realtor listed our co-op but then sat back and did little else. I had to initiate and prod for the listing to even be put on Zillow. We finally had Carey take over the listing and thank goodness! Carey has kept her skills and awareness of the market updated and she is a total go-getter! She got professional photos taken and put the new listing up on Zillow right away and coordinated more than one open house viewing. It all moved so quickly from there and Carey was involved and supportive the entire way. I highly recommend Carey for her savvy, tenacity, professionalism and for so many more reasons!

After contacting her on a weekend morning, she had set up 5 properties for us to look at that same afternoon. She really listened to what we were looking for, and immediately adjusted her search accordingly. She was very respectful of our time, and really made it easy for us to find our condo in Hoboken even while living in Queens. Once we found our place Carey went to work negotiating for us, and got us an incredible deal. So Carey helped us to write down what were our priorites and what things we could let go off in an apartment. Jotting down things made it easy for me to realize what i was looking for. I wanted a foyer at the entrance of the apartment and sunlight was a must. So after seeing a lot of apartments we finally found the one we liked the most.
