What can I say about Carey? If you are looking for a realtor with a vast knowledge of the hoboken market, who is very responsive, and looking out for your best interests then look no further! Carey was my real estate agent for both the purchase of my hoboken condo and selling that condo 5 years later. When I was purchasing she was always looking out for my interests and what I wanted (as opposed to just trying to make the sale which is the case with other realtors). I accepted an offer on the sale of my condo in a little over 1 week! There are a lot of questions that arise during both the buying and selling process and Carey was so patient and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions.
